Calling all cocktail lovers, curious home mixologists and anyone keen to try something a little different, Kiwi Spirit Distillery warmly invites you to a botanical cocktail class with Jeremy Knight.

In this relaxed and interactive two-and-a-half-hour workshop, Jeremy will guide you through creating a selection of garden-inspired cocktails, each showcasing seasonal botanicals and fresh, locally inspired flavours. The focus is on taking simple ingredients you might find in your own garden and elevating them into elegant, refined drinks that are both creative and achievable at home.

Alongside the cocktails, Jeremy will demonstrate how to make a range of garden-inspired syrups and drinking shrubs (including apple cider-based infusions), showing how these simple preparations can transform everyday ingredients into something truly special.

With plenty of tastings along the way, this session is designed to be relaxed, engaging and a little indulgent, while still offering practical skills you can take away and recreate.

Expect a hands-on, flavour-filled experience that blends creativity with simplicity, perfectly aligned with the spirit of Garden Marlborough.
