Amanda Warren is a regenerative landscape designer and permaculture practitioner working to bring abundance, biodiversity and wellbeing into urban gardens. Through an integrated design approach, she creates living systems that provide food, medicine and habitat, guided by a deep belief in working in partnership with the land.
How can we create gardens that are both beautiful and regenerative; spaces that truly make our hearts sing?
In this practical and inspiring workshop, Amanda will guide you through a step-by-step approach to designing more sustainable garden spaces, drawing on permaculture principles and years of hands-on experience.
You will explore how to build healthy living soil, the foundation of any thriving garden, and discover simple composting methods that return life to the ground. Amanda will also share practical ways to grow nutrient-dense food, from productive planting to the value of foraged ‘weeds’.
The workshop will also explore how to support birds, bees and beneficial insects, creating biodiverse gardens that are more resilient and easier to maintain. Finally, Amanda will share ideas for reducing waste by rethinking how household and garden materials can be reused to build soil, habitat and productivity.
An inspiring session for anyone wanting to create a more bountiful, resilient and life-filled garden with beauty and purpose.
