REFUNDS
No refunds will be made within seven days of the event. In certain circumstances, and providing it is not within seven days of the event, a refund or partial refund of the ticket price may be considered, less a $10 administration fee. However, this is at the discretion of Garden Marlborough (2004) Inc.
CANCELLATION
Every effort has been made to ensure all events are held in accordance with the details set out in the programme. Garden Marlborough (2004) Inc. cannot be held responsible for those activities that do not proceed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organising committee. Should the event be cancelled, ticket holders will be refunded the cost of the ticket, less a processing fee of $10 per ticket. If circumstances necessitate replacement of a workshop/ seminar presenter, ticket holders will be advised and, if not happy with the new arrangements, may apply for a refund, less a processing fee of $10 per ticket. Please note there are no exchanges or refunds on tickets except as required by law.

Any dietary requirements must be made at the time of booking, please call the office on 0800 627 527 to advise
LUNCH
Lunch will be supplied on the East Coast, Botanical Overlord and Pelorus Sounds tours. Lunch is available to pre-order on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. These must be picked up from Event HQ on Hight Street, after 12pm.
WATER
Please bring your own reusable water bottle, there will be water available at most
but not all
workshop and tour locations.
HOW TO GET HERE
By Road
Travel times:
• Nelson - Blenheim (116km) 1hr 30 mins
• Christchurch - Blenheim (308km) 4hr 30 mins
• Westport - Blenheim (264km) 3hr 40 mins
By Air
Blenheim airport receives connections daily from Christchurch, Wellington and Auckland. The airport is situated approximately 10km from the town centre. Taxi and shuttle services are available from the airport terminal.
By Ferry
The Interislander and Bluebridge terminals at Picton are 28km from Blenheim, and are a 30-minute taxi ride from Blenheim town centre. Buses meet most ferry arrivals.

UPON ARRIVAL REGISTRATION
All ticket holders must register at Garden Marlborough HQ, 92 High Street, (entrance off Henry St) prior to their selected event. Please don’t leave this until the last minute.

WORKSHOPS VENUES
Workshop venues will be allocated closer to the event weekend and will be notified upon registering at the
Garden Marlborough
Headquarters.
GARDEN TOURS
All buses for the garden tours will leave from Seymour Square. Every tour has a volunteer tour guide who will host you throughout the day. These friendly and helpful people will pass on their knowledge of the region and provide background information as you travel between gardens. We suggest you wear suitable footwear and clothing, including a sunhat. Bring something warm and waterproof as it can rain in Marlborough!
NB: No self-drive available.
