All delivery will be billed in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST.
Delivery costs are clearly stated on each listing.
Delivery may take up to 14 days from receipt of payment.
If you have a problem with your tickets, you will need to contact our office on 0800 627 527 or email email@example.com.
Every effort has been made to ensure all events are held in accordance with the details set out in the programme. Garden Marlborough Incorporated cannot be held responsible for those activities that do not proceed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organising committee. If circumstances necessitate replacement of a workshop/ seminar presenter, ticket holders will be advised and, if not completely happy with the new arrangement, may apply for a refund; likewise Garden Marlborough Incorporated reserves the right to cancel any advertised tour should there be insufficient ticket sales or event outside our control. We will endeavour to place ticket holders on another tour of their choosing where possible, otherwise a refund in full will be offered. If you change you mind however, there is no guarantee that a refund will be possible.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.
